After eight years Polymount is more than excited to be part of the Drupa again!
During these eight years we innovated, improved, and developed our product range. At Drupa 2024 we will be showcasing our three very sustainable product lines which have changed the flexo market forever.
Firstly, our Polymount Self-Adhesive Sleeves, the future of flexo plate mounting. Our coating eliminates the need to use of single use products such as tape during the plate mounting process. Our self-adhesive sleeve stands for three things. Costs saving, time efficiency and sustainability.
Our second product is the Plate Cleaner. With more than 1300 machines sold worldwide, the Polymount Plate Cleaner has a proven reputation. The quality of cleaning and robustness of build are unmatched. Since 2023, we have also developed a plate cleaner label edition, compact and even more robust!
Introduced as a prototype at Drupa 2016, the solution to reduce printed film waste; The Polymount Film Cleaner. After years of developing and installing these machines, we can safely say that we master the technique of de-inking printed film. The Polymount Film Cleaner is already the most used de-inking solution in the world.
